Safe-Gaurding Athletic Eligibility Process:
Click here to leave us ANONYMOUS Feedback
GTP is a non-profit corporation registered in the State of New Jersey. Further, even though we are currently in the process of completing Form 1023 for our application for 501c3 status with the IRS, we still qualify for 501c3 status under IRS Tax code.
Please know that GTP is striving diligently to not exploit student-athletes for profit and to gain not only 501c3 non-profit status but also recognition and approval from athletic associations and sports-related governing bodies such as the UNOSDP, the IOC, the NCAA, the NFHS, and the SportAccord.
At this time, GTP realizes that we cannot and will not use the name, image, or likeness of a student-athlete to endorse either our partner non-profit or our organization. However, after seeking advice of the AMA Office NCAA Eligibility Center, we know that we can include a photo gallery of student-athletes in attendance and participating in the activity of our partner non-profit with other volunteers.
In the case that pictures or video is taken of a student-athlete where their face (or other distinguishable factors such as tattoos or signature hand-gestures or movements) may be clearly visible and recognizeable as an explicit endorsement of the non-profit or our organization, please let us know during the event so that we may anticipate the issue before we publish information on the event. In some cases, we may blur the relevant portion of the image or destroy the image entirely.
GTP cannot be held liable for student-athletes who falsify their athletic status claiming themselves as non-athletes through the Non-Athlete Waiver above or claiming themselves as a non-athlete during the event. Please be sure to keep us accurately, promptly, and regularly informed of your student-athlete status during our events.
After events, GTP takes extra steps to ensure that pictures displayed in our gallery are in compliance with NCAA Bylaws. Our process makes it simple and limits undue logistical stress for Athletic Directors and Compliance Directors.
In our process, we initially publish the materials with RESTRICTED ACCESS, give access only to Athletic Directors and Directors of Compliance at the Universities and High Schools of the student-athletes involved in the event, supply them with simple instructions on how to access the page, and wait patiently until approval is received. GTP realizes and respects how important the role of an Athletic Director and Compliance Director is to maintaining and protecting the athletic eligibility of student-athletes.
If an event has already past and been published and if you recognize a student-athlete on any of our pages, please let us know immediately by emailing

, and we will take immediate action necessary to remedy the situation.
We look forward to volunteering with you in the community, and we appreciate your patience with our aspirations and pursuit of gaining 501c3 status in the United States.
